Push Hands by the Sea.

Pushing hands workshops in the mornings and free-format pushing hands in the afternoons. Come for one or both days to learn and enjoy pushing hands in beautiful surroundings by the sea.

When & Where: 7 and 8 August 2010 at the Turkey Barn, Seven Sisters Country Park, East Sussex.

Time: 10:00 to 13:15 workshops and 15:00 to 18:00 free-format pushing hands.

Cost:  £60 for two days, £40 for one day
